Bengt Jonsson
(Chairman)
Bengt Jonsson has over 30 years experience in the Media and IP technology industry and has held senior and executive position in world leading companies such as Irdeto, Nokia and Thomson/Technicolor. Bengt was an early investor in Forsway, the leading hybrid IP over satellite supplier, and has been involved with the company since 2006, at present as the Chairman of the Board. Bengt is also the CEO and founder of a media technology consulting and investment venture, Piwas.
Mats Andersson
(Board Member)
Mats Andersson brings extensive international expertise within satellite and mobile communications from engineering and management positions at Ericsson, and as Huawei Technologies’ Site and System Manager for Radio Base Systems’ renowned competence center In Gothenburg. He established MUMIMO AB with a focus on innovation and business development for wireless companies. Current Board roles: Chairman of Satcube, Chairman at Medfield Diagnostics, Board member at Forsway Scandinavia, Wyld Networks, Brinja, MUMIMO, Bluetest and Bluetest Product Development.
Thomas Öster
(Vice Chairman & Secretary)
A senior ICT executive within international arenas, Thomas has broad experience within sales & marketing, strategy, operations, investment management, corporate governance, and Board Director roles. He has extensive and diverse board experience from both listed and non-listed Companies in Med Tech, Manufacturing, IT, Telecom, and Industrial Components, and vast international experience including senior management positions within Ericsson.
Fredrik Agerhem
(Board Member)
An experienced strategist and business development executive with more than 15 years of hands-on experience from building sales in developing economies. Fredrik brings unique expertise overseeing complex infrastructure and structured finance projects in the Nordics, Africa, and Asia. He has an extensive global network and has built relationships with government agencies, utilities, global private sector, and investment communities. His background includes diplomatic postings within economy, trade, and energy in Poland and the Philippines, and service at the Swedish Prime Minister’s office. Current: Chairman, Modio Facility Assets, and Senior Partner and Sales Director, XLIT Finance and Logistics.
