Magister facilitates Forsway’s comprehensive comparison of DVB/NR technologies
Evaluating feasibility of using 5G technology for satellite communication: During the spring of 2023, Magister Solutions executed a DVB/NR technology comparison project for Forsway. The objective was to compare the DVB-S2X/RCS2 and 5G NR-NTN technologies with each other in a geostationary satellite scenario.

Via Satellite: Forsway Appoints Bengt Jonsson as Chairman
The company announced June 14. A long-time investor with strong roots in Forsway, Jonsson previously served as managing director of the company. Jonsson takes over from Mats Andersson, who served as chairman for nine years.
Bengt Jonsson appointed Forsway Chairman
Forsway today announced that Board member Bengt Jonsson has been appointed as the technology company’s Chairman. Bengt joined the Forsway Board of Directors in January 2021, and takes over from Mats Andersson.
Forsway to demonstrate network agnostic Xtend FRM Multicast satellite solution at CABSAT 2023
Forsway today announced it will feature demonstrations of its Forsway Xtend Multicast FRM (Forsway Reliable Multicast) solution at CABSAT 2023, Dubai. Network agnostic, Forsway Xtend Multicast FRM can be run over virtually any IP network, including networks experiencing long outages.
