Forsway and Cloudpoint have formed a joint venture, Xtend Solutions FZCO, a new provider of low-cost content streaming solutions in underserved regions.

Forsway and Cloudpoint are now collaborating to establish Xtend Solutions FZCO, a new provider of low-cost content streaming solutions aimed at providing robust internet connectivity to serve vast geographies with unreliable or no service.
Evaluating feasibility of using 5G technology for satellite communication: During the spring of 2023, Magister Solutions executed a DVB/NR technology comparison project for Forsway. The objective was to compare the DVB-S2X/RCS2 and 5G NR-NTN technologies with each other in a geostationary satellite scenario.
Satellite communications developer Forsway continues working to provide access to underserved regions of the world, enabling connectivity by engineering for limitations in local infrastructure and product cost in line with performance.

Forsway today announced it will feature demonstrations of its Forsway Xtend Multicast FRM (Forsway Reliable Multicast) solution at CABSAT 2023, Dubai. Network agnostic, Forsway Xtend Multicast FRM can be run over virtually any IP network, including networks experiencing long outages.
Forsway, announced that Swedish based Rymdkapital (”Nordic New Space Capital AB) has endorsed Forsway with an infusion of new funding and support. Founded and backed by seasoned investment management and space industry experts, the Swedish investment firm specializes in venture capital for European space startups.
