A pioneer in creating smart technology for bringing broadband services to markets outside the traditional grid, Tobias established Swedish tech firm Forsway in 2004 tapping his extensive experience from Nokia Home Communications. Today he leads the innovative team that cultivates benchmark solutions for combining satellite with existing terrestrial technologies to enable cost-efficient broadband services for the millions in hard-to-reach and emerging markets lacking internet access; and fostering solutions to reduce the digital divide.

Joining Forsway in 2012, Anders has held leading positions at Ericsson and Sonera in LatAm, Europe and Asia. He introduced new telecoms products into global markets in corporate teams and start-up operations. Anders founded UK consultancy, MA Global, specializing in India based SW development and helping local companies enter global markets. He gained satellite experience working with Israeli services provider Skyvision. Anders speaks Swedish, English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently and previously initiated PhD-studies at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Edvin joined Forsway in 2006, following four years in Ericsson as a BSc Software Engineer. He moved from initially managing product development projects to his present role overseeing Forsway’s total product and architectural schemes. Edvin works closely on supporting 3rd party bodies such as the European Space Agency and Swedish governmental enterprise and innovation agencies and has developed a wide network within the industry. He holds a Masters at Lund University, specialising in Distributed SW Development.
